Shipping Policy for Hardware:
In stock items will be shipped within one business day of order
receipt for credit card orders. For backordered
items, your credit card will not be charged until the items are
shipped.
Shipping Policy for Software:
All
software products are delivered electronically. After you place your order for software products, you must print and sign the Order Confirmation e-mail that you will receive after placing your order. This Order Confirmation identifies the workstation(s) on which the software will be used. It must be signed and returned to us either by FAX or by mail before the software and license keys, if applicable, will be delivered to you. Software products are delivered as e-mail attachments, unless you contact us and request delivery by some other means.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order for any reason at any time prior to
shipment. Once your order ships, it is subject to the Return
Policy. If you refuse your shipment, you will be credited for
the return of any products, but will be billed for actual
shipping charges.
Return Policy:
Hardware products may be returned for any reason within 30
days of receipt. You must first obtain a return authorization
from Dassault Systemes before returning them.
You may obtain a return authorization by either calling
(866) 482-2326 or by e-mailing sales@cadam.com. Software
products that have been downloaded can also be returned for
any reason within 30 days of receipt of your download
notification.
