APARs Fixed in CADAM Drafting Version 4 Release 2.4 Refresh 3 PTF 5

The following APARs are fixed in Version 4 Release 2.4 Refresh 3 PTF 5:

HD20969 DXF: Dittos are lost on round trip to/from DXF.

HD26029 EFT: Text gets displayed as lines, when converting CCD models to DWG format.

HD26516 DTL/TRANSFER: CCD crashes when translating an element from an overlay in compatibility mode.

HD27708 NOTE: Can not change the scale-turn setting on dimension text in FK NOTE.

HD27957 IUE: u11mt2 with modno equal 2 results in runtime memory violation.
