APARs Fixed in CADAM Drafting Version 5 Release 13 SP2

The following APARs are fixed in Version 5 Release 13 SP2:

HD20990 Group: There is no longer any mechanism to group and transfer members of 1 layer into another.

HD21480 IUE: U1OPEN does not return the right return code in certain cases.
