APARs Fixed in CADAM Drafting Version 5 Release 14 SP3

The following APARs are fixed in Version 5 Release 14 SP3:

HD34258 WINDOWS: CCD does not support LUM on Windows Server 2003.

HD34833 GROUP: Group /TRANSL/ problem when translating arrows without leader lines.

HD35989 DISPLAY: Kanji Character 92F3 is rendered incorrectly.

HD36096 DISPLAY: Stray vectors appear on certain models after using the File Open dialog.
