The following APARs are fixed in Version 5 Release 15 SP1:

HD37457 IUE: IUE Utilities return Overlay Member incorrectly after renaming on Windows.

HD40404 DIMENSION: JIS dimensions with leader lines are wrong if the leader position is changed.
