APARs Fixed in CADAM Drafting Version 5 Release 16

The following APARs are fixed in Version 5 Release 16:

HD43027 DTR: Transferring certain breakouts erroneously prints out a datatran error.

HD43943 NOTE: /FONT/ option should not be available under /CHNG/ in FK Note.

HD44230 PLOT: TIFF is printed pure white when printing with CCD if bad data exists in the model.
