EFT: Long dimension text gets scrambled when transferred from CCD to DXF.

EFT: Spline gets imported as spline and multiline on a round trip, ccd ->dxf
-> ccd.

EFT: Line type phantom does not import correctly.

WINDOW/MOVE: Arcs of ditto disappear, when the ditto is moved via fk
window/move to the border of the screen. Also, the arcs are not
selectable via fk Analysis.

DATA TRANSFER: Linewidth of notes get changed after a round trip CCD ->
HOST -> CCD.

DIM/GLOBAL: Radius dimension gets misplaced after a DIM/GLOBAL operation.

processed if full path length is dividable by 4.
