Products sold through The CADAM Store are designed to enhance the use of the CADAM Drafting family of products by improving the user's productivity or by extending the function available in the product. The CADAM Drafting software itself is not available through The CADAM Store. CADAM Drafting software can be purchased through your IBM sales representative or through a CADAM Drafting Value Added Reseller. Privacy Statement:
Information you enter on our website is stored in a database on our secure server. This information is used only to complete the processing of your order (e.g., billing and shipping) and is not shared with any other parties for any other purpose.

Sensitive data, such as credit card information, is protected during transmission through the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the data as it is transmitted. Once stored on our server, it is protected against unauthorized access by firewalls and other security measures.

Ordering:
For your convenience, you may use our secure Order Form on this website to place your order.

Payment:
There are several ways in which you can pay for your purchase.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payment worldwide.

Within the United States, orders over $750 may be purchased with a Purchase Order. If you wish to use the Purchase Order option, select "Purchase Order" for the payment method when checking out, print your invoice, then FAX a copy of the invoice, along with your Purchase Order, to us at 818-673-2282. Purchase Orders are not accepted for shipment of products outside the United States. If you have ordered CADAM Drafting Keypads, your order will be shipped as soon as your Purchase Order is received and approved by our accounting department. If you have ordered software, a completed license agreement must also be received before your order will be shipped.

Customers outside the United States may arrange for payment by Bank Wire Transfer. If you wish to use this option, select "Bank Wire Transfer" for the payment method when checking out. Our bank routing information will be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you provided as part of your shipping information. If you have ordered CADAM Drafting Keypads, your order will be shipped as soon as we verify deposit of funds. If you have ordered software, a completed license agreement must also be received before your order will be shipped.

Order Acknowledgements:
Receipt of your order will be acknowledged by e-mail. You should receive your acknowledgement within 24 hours. If you do not receive this acknowledgement, please contact us at (818) 673-2246 M-F between 9:00am and 5:00pm PST or by e-mailing productinfo@cadam.com.

Shipping Policy for Hardware:
In stock items will be shipped within one business day of order receipt for credit card orders. For backordered items, your credit card will not be charged until the items are shipped. Shipping via second day air within the United States is included in the price of all items, unless otherwise noted. Additional shipping charges may be incurred for international orders. In this case, you will be notified, and asked to acknowledge, these additional charges vie e-mail. Neither the item nor the additional shipping charge will be billed to your credit card until we receive your acknowledgement.

Shipping Policy for Software:
All software products are delivered electronically. After you place your order for software products, you must print the invoice page which contains a software license agreement This agreement identifies the workstation(s) on which the software will be used. It must be signed and returned to us either by FAX or by mail before the software and license keys, if applicable, will be delivered to you. Software products are delivered as e-mail attachments, unless you contact us and request delivery by some other means.

Cancellations:
You may cancel your order for any reason at any time prior to shipment. Once your order ships, it is subject to the Return Policy. If you refuse your shipment, you will be credited for the return of any products, but will be billed for actual shipping and handling charges.

Return Policy:
Hardware products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. You must first obtain a return authorization from Dassault Systemes of America before returning them. You may obtain a return authorization by either calling (818) 673-2246 or by e-mailing productinfo@cadam.com. Software products that have been downloaded can also be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your download notification.

Taxes:
Residents of California are charged California State Sales Tax at 7%. Residents of other states and countries are responsible for payment of any applicable country, state and local taxes.

Warranty information:
Hardware products are warranted against defects for a period of one year. Software that does not have an annual license charge is warranted against defects for a period of 90 days. (Extended support for these software products may be purchased separately. Please e-mail productinfo@cadam.com for more information on extended support.) Software that does have an annual license charge is warranted against defects as long as the purchaser remains current on their annual license charge and remains on the latest available version of the product.

Hours of Operation:
Our normal business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm PST Monday through Friday.
